Couples Session at the Pink Bell Tower – La Purísima Mission, Lompoc

There’s just something about the light at La Purísima Mission that makes every session feel like it’s straight out of a movie. Nestled in the rolling hills of Lompoc, CA, this historic landmark is one of my all-time favorite spots for couples and elopement photos—and this recent session was no exception.

As the sun dipped low and lit up the iconic pink bell tower, I had the absolute joy of capturing this sweet couple in a moment that felt soft, timeless, and full of love. With nothing but golden light, natural textures, and genuine connection, this shoot was a reminder that you don’t need anything fancy—just the right backdrop and real emotion.

We wandered the mission grounds, stopping under archways and olive trees, soaking up every ounce of Central Coast charm. But the magic moment? When they held hands in front of that pink tower, stealing a quiet moment just for them. ✨

If you’re dreaming up a romantic session that blends California history with coastal light, La Purísima is the perfect place. Whether you’re planning an engagement, elopement, anniversary, or just want to capture your love story—it all starts with finding a spot that feels like home. And for my fellow locals? It doesn’t get more iconic than this.
